Return Policy

Should you have any questions about a product, we encourage you to ask us before purchasing.

Generally, all sales are final. However, should an item be defective, we will, of course, be pleased to exchange it.

We regret that maps that we order in especially for you are not returnable. We cannot return them to Canada Map Office and cannot provide maps "on approval".

• To verify the boundaries of a map, use this Search tool. Zoom out and check "1:50 000 Map Sheet Grid" to see the boundaries of the printed topo maps.
• To verify the date of a map, NAD, and whether the maps is in colour or black and white or is a photomap can be found in this federal government database. Or just ask us.

Software is not returnable.

Items damaged in shipping will be exchanged.

If you feel that your purchase warrants an exception to our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

Individual retailers will have their own policies. Please check with your retailer if you have any concerns.
